Common Circulation Rules

The DCLA board requested that the seven local libraries comply with the following rules to enable the smooth operation of the Douglas Education Service District's (DESD) Courier Sevice that is moving reserved materials between the local collections.

• Days Out: 21
• Maximum Fine Rate: $0.25
• Grace Days: 1
• Max Fine: $5.00
• Days Overdue for Problem: 21
• Max Renewals: 1
• Max Reserves: 20
• Reserve Shelf Days: 10
• Max Items Out to a Single Patron: 10
• Max Items Out to Family: 20
